This is one of those dishes that has everyone asking for the recipe! I cooked this dish last week, and almost every person that had it wanted me to share the details. Well, here it is! Not only does it look yummy, I’ve heard it tastes even better. Unfortunately, since I’m preparing for a fitness competition, I cannot eat it (besides taste testing it) because of the high fat content (though it’s a healthy fat, I have to limit my fat intake over the next few weeks). The recipe is actually super simple. Pair it with a few veggies, and enjoy!
Cooking light: The meal above only has about 500 calories! Delicious and filling. I’ll have to share the recipe for the potatoes at another time. Can’t give all my secrets away 😉

*4 sprigs fresh rosemary
*2 salmon fillets
*Coarse salt
*Lemon pepper
*1 tablespoon olive oil, or as needed
