ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING
Need motivation, routine, and accountability? Personal training is one of the best ways to stay focused on your fitness goals. Work one-on-one with a personal trainer who will develop an individualized routine specifically to meet your fitness goals.
$70/session requires training twice a week for a minimum 6-week commitment. All other sessions are $80/session. For small group training, add $15 per additional person.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Small group training offers the same benefits of personal training but at an even greater value. This option is for groups of 2-4 people working out together towards a common fitness goal. Grab a fitness friend and help keep each other accountable and motivated along your fitness journey.
