August is client appreciation month, and the celebration starts now! I started Digg Deep Fitness in August 2012, working part-time until I gained enough clients to trust God, take a leap of faith, and turn in my two weeks notice to the gym I was employed by. This month, Digg Deep Fitness turns SIX!
August is my time to pause and reflect on the growth of my company, as well as showing gratitude to all of you who have helped it grow! Thank you for any part that you’ve played, no matter how small. You are appreciated!

Throughout the next four weeks, we will have different contests, specials, and giveaways. The training special for the month is:
- Purchase 10 individual or partner sessions, get 10% off! Please note that the discount will only apply to a minimum of 10 sessions and up to 12 sessions. Sessions must be purchased all at one time to receive the special. Ends August 31, 2018. This package is for clients training at least once a week.

The cost is $10.50 for current and past clients, which includes 2 hours of bowling, plus shoes. If you would like to bring guests, their cost is $20.50 per person. Pampers & Panties Drive
One of the most urgent and critical needs for the homeless are diapers and underwear. These items are not donated as frequently as clothes, so many clothing shelters are in need. This month, we will partner with Star of Hope to collect these items for those in need. Please remember that plus-sized panties and pampers sized 5 and 6 are needed, as well. There will be a box set up near the front of the gym where you can leave your donations throughout the month.
Win a $50 Gift Card to the grocery store of your choice (or your favorite meal prep company!). First, follow @diggdeepfitness on Instagram and Facebook, and join the Facebook group page. Second, post pictures of your healthy meals/snacks in the Facebook group on Monday, August 6th, thru Friday, August 10th. For bonus entries, post on your personal Facebook and Instagram pages. Make sure to tag Digg Deep Fitness in the captions on FB/Instagram so that I see them. Each posting enters you into a drawing to win! For example, if you post your healthy breakfast on Facebook AND Instagram, that’s TWO entries into the raffle for posting that meal! The winner will be selected by a random drawing and will be announced Monday, August 13th. The more you post, the better your chances of winning!
After your workout, post a gym selfie, a picture of the gym, a video (even more fun), or anything showing that you just finished working out! August 20-25: 5-for-5 Challenge
Win a $25 Amazon Gift Card by going extra hard this week! The goal is to work out every day, Monday-Friday, for at least 30 minutes. Workouts can be whatever you choose (cardio, weight training, yoga, Pilates, group classes, etc.). Just do something active every day. And, yes, your training sessions count! When you finish, post a picture on the Facebook group page showing you completed your workout for the day. You must post a picture daily to be entered into the drawing to win the $25 gift card.
August 27- Sept 1st: Open House
I am offering a FREE personal training session to anybody who wants one. Yes, that means you! No, there is no purchase necessary, and there is no obligation to purchase anything in the future. Clients, invite your friends and family to train with you for a day, or encourage them to schedule a free individual session. Just email me or call me to schedule the session!
