GROCERY STORE TOUR- $79


Learn how to shop healthy! A registered dietitian will meet you at your favorite grocery store for an hour-long lesson on how to choose items that are nutritious and delicious. Cost includes the Digg Deep Fitness grocery shopping guide that you can use as a reference!


MEAL PLANS

  • General Meal Plan- $39

The general meal plan provides an appropriate mix of nutrients for various calorie levels and fitness goals.  These plans are typically for clients who want an idea of how to eat healthy meals or need more meal options. The meal plan can be used for healthy weight loss, weight maintenance, or weight gain, depending on the calorie level selected. The meals and snacks are listed in the appropriate portion sizes to provide adequate calories, carbs, protein, and fat for the day .Each plan includes 28 meals (7 breakfast, 7 lunch, 7 dinner, and 7 snacks) that can be mixed and matched. Plans are offered at 1200, 1500, 1800, 2000, 2500, and 3500 calorie levels. If you would like a suggestion on which calorie level is appropriate for you, please contact us.

 

  • Carb Cycle Meal Plan- $49

This plan is for clients who want a faster weight loss or are in a weight loss plateau and need something a little different to promote more results. The plan alternates between low carbohydrate and high carbohydrate days, with one reward day per week. The plan is very specific and should be followed as closely as possible. On high carb days, you eat more whole grains, starchy veggies, and fruit. On low carb days, you eat more protein, veggies, and healthy fats. It is offered in 1500, 1800, and 2000 calories.

 

  • Customized Meal Plan- $99

Consult with a registered dietitian to put together a plan that is made just for you. You will be emailed a food preference form, which will pinpoint your food likes and dislikes, as well as foods most commonly eaten. The dietitian will develop your plan taking your particular food preferences and habits into account. It will include your recommended calorie, protein, fat, and carbohydrate portions particular to your health goals and lifestyle. Each plan includes customized breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks options. Note: If you prefer to meet with the dietitian in person for initital consultation, please include an additional $49 consultation fee.

 

  • Customized Meal Plan with Metabolic Test Package- $159 (Includes metabolic testing and individualized meal plan)

You will first meet with a technician at Composition ID to determine your metabolic rate. This test will measure how many calories your body burns each day. Next, you will be emailed a food preference form, which will pinpoint your food likes and dislikes, as well as foods most commonly eaten. The dietitian will develop your plan taking your particular food preferences and habits into account. It will include your recommended calorie, protein, fat, and carbohydrate portions particular to your health goals and lifestyle. Each plan includes customized breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks options. Note: If you prefer to meet with the dietitian in person, please include an additional $49 consultation fee.

 

  • Customized Meal Plan Package- $179 (Includes in-person initial consultation, individualized meal plan, and in-person follow-up session)

This package includes an in-office visist with the dietitian to discuss your healthy history, eating habits, and fitness goals. You will then be emailed a food preference form, which will pinpoint your food likes and dislikes, as well as foods most commonly eaten. The dietitian will develop your plan taking your particular food preferences and habits into account. It will include your recommended calorie, protein, fat, and carbohydrate portions particular to your health goals and lifestyle. Each plan includes customized breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks options. Note: If interested in including the metabolic test, total cost is $239.

 

NUTRITION COUNSELING
Proper nutrition plays the biggest role in the quality of your health. One-on-one counseling sessions will help to improve nutritional weaknesses and develop healthier eating habits. The sessions focus on general health tips, weight loss strategies, or healthy weight gain, as well as chronic disease prevention (diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, etc) and management.

  • Initial Consultation- $49

In-office visist with the dietitian to discuss your healthy history, eating habits, and fitness goals. Also, learn the basics of nutrition, including the roles that various nutrients play in our bodies. Learn how to read a food label, appropriate portion sizes for foods, and how to tell if a food is really good for you. 45-minute session.

  • Follow-Up Session- $39

Assess progress of personal nutrition goals set in initial session. Discuss any additional nutrition-related concerns. Thirty minute session.

DIET ANALYSIS- $49
Ever wanted a stamp of approval on your eating habits? Track your eating for one week. A registered dietitian will review your meals and give specific suggestions on ways to improve your nutrition for peak health. Also, receive your recommended calorie, carbohydrate, fat, and protein intake related to your fitness goal.
