I invite you to join my virtual training group, created just for you!
The group will have 4-6 total members with a common fitness goal of losing weight.
This group is for people who currently work out consistently but would like more support while aiming to lose weight.
For six weeks, this group will hold each other accountable as you move toward your goals together.
THIS GROUP WILL START MARCH 30th AND END MAY 10TH.
We will connect through our private GroupMe group and virtual video chats, plus you may meet a new #fitfriend that you can work out with in person. There will be a virtual meet & greet call on Sunday, March 29th @ 6:00pm, to meet the group members.
For around $20/week, your eight-week commitment includes:
- Goal-Centered Workout Plan, including personalized modifications (workouts for this group will require gym access. Home workouts will be provided during this quarantine period.)
- General Meal Plan and personalized nutrition guidance
- Accountability from trainer and group members
- Virtual connection call to meet group members and form a fitness family
- Weekly personal goal check-ins
- Private GroupMe chat group to form community and a support system
- Accessibility to me for questions throughout the week
