45 minute sessions

  • Six weeks- $49/session

Small group training offers the same benefits of personal training but at an even greater value. This option is for groups of 2-4 people working out together towards a common fitness goal. Grab a fitness friend and help keep each other accountable and motivated along your fitness journey. For small group training, add $12 per additional person for 30 minute sessions and $15 per additional person for 45 minute sessions.
