If you’ve been wanting to get hands-on experience to teach you how to meal prep the right way, this workshop is for you.
All attendees will prepare TWELVE fresh and healthy meals to take home and eat throughout the week.
In this workshop, we will cover:
*Portion Control: how to weigh and measure using a food scale and measuring cups
*Using herbs and spices to boost the flavor
*Cooking efficiently so you don’t spend all day in the kitchen
*How to plan your meals so you get the right amount of nutrients
*Saving money while grocery shopping to get the most bang out of your buck
We will prepare multiple servings of three separate meals, which you will portion into meal prep containers to carry home!
Meals we will prepare:
*Burrito Bowl (chicken, black beans, corn, peppers, onions)
*Balsamic Chicken & Asparagus (chicken, asparagus, cherry tomatoes)
*Spaghetti over Zucchini Noodles (ground turkey, onions, peppers, spinach, zucchini)
Price does not include the cost of food. You will receive a grocery list of items to bring with you. The grocery list will range from $25-50 depending on which items you already own (ex. food scale and meal prep containers).
Also included are lite bites of new food items to try! Expand your palate and add new foods and seasonings into your normal routine. If you like them, the recipe is yours to keep!
