BOOT CAMP

 

For a high intensity, group training experience, join a boot camp! Stay motivated in a team environment as you encourage each other to overcome boundaries and reach a higher level of fitness. Boot camps provide a total body workout, focusing on building endurance, strength and flexibility while burning maximum calories. Cardio, bodyweight exercises, core work, stability, and weighted exercises are incorporated. Boot camp is held indoors, and groups are limited to 6 participants to increase accountability and group camaraderie. Meeting times available:

Boot camp includes one hour group training sessions,
a meal plan, a grocery store tour, and mini health discussions.
Participants weigh-in biweekly to measure progress.
